How we process your personal data

According to the RODO, the processing of any personal data is lawful if, among other things:

  • the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specified purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the controller;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We always ensure that the processing of your personal data does not take place without the existence of an appropriate legal basis. We process only those data that are necessary for the proper execution of individual business processes. We have implemented procedures to counter the collection of redundant data. On an ongoing basis, we verify the collections we have, with the aim of removing data that is no longer needed.

Our IT systems are protected from accidental leakage of your data to the outside world, as well as from hacking attacks. Measures are constantly being taken to ensure that they are as protected as possible from all existing as well as future threats. We use the latest technology to protect any personal information we hold.

In connection with this transfer, the Joint Administrators applied the following safeguards:

In addition, the Joint Administrators inform that to the extent they use Microsoft services, the processing of the related personal data takes place within the EEA (European Economic Area).
